The Gazebo requires a 4 night min stay except for
all holidays is which are a 7 night and a 10% increase with
a max of 4 adults and 2 kids in the house allowed
pets and boat for an extra charge.
The condos require a 3 night min stay except for all
holidays a 7 night stay and a 10% increase with a
max of 4 people in the unit no pets.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival
or non-refundable.
Payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival date
by personal check, business check, money order,
cashier's check, or traveler's check for full amount
of stay. (No Visa or Master Card)
